[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Cash loan of home credit | |||||
Hi my name is vijay ranga contract number [protected] . Got a call from home credit india regarding pre approved cash loan as i had respectfully paid all my dues and closed an ealrlier consumer loan ..That made me eligible for a cash loan to which i agreed to sign the sanction letter ..After submitting the documents for cash loan on 30thmarch 2016 i was informed that i will get my money in 48 hr ie friday 1st april ..No loan amount reflected ..Then i called up the customer care and was ask to send one more document which i scaned and sent and was told that i will recive money on 2nd april 2016 ..Again no money came in .. I again called up contact centre and i was told that money has being sent from their end on 5:43pm neft on 2nd april within 10 minutes the money should be credited but no funds reflected .. I kept calling and everybody had different answers .. The loan processor niruta.Rimal at home credit doesn't answer my phone calls no calls returned by her . It's monday today i have called up home credit atleast 14 times today but everyone keeps saying thode time mei check kar lo ..It's already 8pm and no funds in account today 2 guys from home credit hung up on me .. Plus the last person whom i spoke with in cash loan department around 6ish he said "atm mei jaake check karo" i was literraly trusted and told him that i had just check my mobile app and my bank account doesn't reflect any loan amount credit .But still he insisted to check atm wow .. Is that the pathetic customer service of home credit .. They are sending me messages that my first emi is due on 2nd may 2016 but no one is responding why have i still not received the loan amount in my account Was this information helpful? | |||||
