Am an existing customer with the loan a/c No. [protected], which i have closed last week 3 months earlier as it was suppose to complete by August 2018 thinking that i can close this account and apply for new loan as i got some money with me.
When i have closed my loan account and same day i Tried to apply for the new loan i as not able to apply online as at 1st step only i was getting error as web page struck and loading a lot displaying as possesing . then again i tried may times but no response near about 50-60 times i tried with multiple OTP . Then i called many times to customer care, they suggested to send the screenshot of page error at [protected]@homecredit.co.in and [protected]@homecredit.co.in, which i have done thrice but no response . I waited last 4 days . Again i called up and asked about the reply to customer care then they are saying like there is no complaint registered .
today again i have called customer care and pathetic reply receieved that he dont know anything and cant help out and again took complaint (Mr. Kiran) . by keeping online to mr. Kiran i filled application ... after entering adhaar card i got to 2 step where i have been asked for filling mother first name etc., i have filled all as per aadhaar after complition of filling am unable to click on Correct red button its not allowing but the same am able to click on Incorrect black button... dont know whats going on... request you to take this on priority and do the needful...
