[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Cheat by dealer & company executive | |||
My self pawan kumar mandawariya s/o mr. Babu lal mandawariya, raigro ka mohalla ninder ward no. 1 via vkia sikar road jaipur (Raj.) 302013. Dear sir, I have purchased a mobile phone [ lava iris x8 - rs. 8500/- ] from shiv shakti mobile point sikar road harmara on emi from home credit india finance company. When i purchased the mobile phone, dealer & home credit executive tell me that "if you purchase on emi, you have to pay 12 emi and if you do for close, you have to pay only maximum interest rate of rs. 550/- like this you have to pay only rs. 9150/- (8500 mobile phone rate + 550 interest rate = total 9150/-)". But now the company is calling me again and again and want to collect unwanted charges and say that pay us 4 more emi, you you not pay, we will case/ start other payment recovery process. Sir, home credit india finance company is treat me and i am in mentally pressure. My loan account number is [protected]. I have all slips of paid amount. I have already paid whole amount, which was explain by the home credit company executive at the time of purchase mobile phone. I have already paid rs. 150/- extra to home credit while legally my payment is made only rs. 9150/-. Please do for it. Was this information helpful? | |||
