On 4th nov i called the customer care for foreclose of my loan..after that when i called him 2nd day for final settlement they are telling me that loan does not belong to you..and they are taking emi also..they are playing games to charge extra amount..from last 24 day i am tired calling customer care..and running to city office jamshedpur..my contact num is [protected]..and loan num is [protected]..my name is shakir imam..loan amount is 1.5 lakh..i have payed 8 emi..more than 20 mails i have send to your care id..still no progress ...i wont pay any extra amount due to your fault..i have all call recordings of your customer care..last amount which i have to pay was 140800..not a single rupee i will pay extra..
