I Amit Nag has taken loan from homecredit Loan number is [protected] Monthly emi is 2516 Want to use safe pay for this month ...I have call to customercare . They said I have taken the request you can call for confirmation after 24 hrs.. Today I call several time all people are there for harassment they don't know to talk ...misbehaving with customer specially one name parwinder...kindly accept my request ... also want to complain for those customers care agent ... Verified Support Jul 16, 2022 Home Credit India Finance Customer Care's response "Dear Sir, Thank you for highlighting your concern. We would like to inform you that your Payment Holiday service is activated for the month of July 2022. Your next due date is 25-Aug-2022. Further, we have zero tolerance towards unprofessional behavior if the violation is proved. In order to investigate your concern, we would request you to share us the complete details of your claim such as employee name, employee ID, incident date and time also if call recording is available.
