Dear sir/mam, This is sangeetha.EMP ID:Sangeetha.113027. i was allotted to SRI MOBILE BAZAR (ECIL) From the starting of my job and i just complete my target within 10 to 15 days on Every mounth and i got any logins Ofter completing my target then i have to give That logins to another SA'S. DSM is doing harassment on me. He is not treating every one of his team members Equally, showing on few members.Sir, every month am doing only my logins in SRI MOBILE BAZAR, After completion of my target am helping other team members by giving my logins To reach their targets too but iam not taking any one logins.this is what happening Every month sir.every time in the morning meeting DSM(Venkat Narsimlu)he is demanding me Give money from my salary.Is there any thing in our company rule That to collect money from SA'S...? Even today also he forcefully stopped me to do logins in my store and with out any reason He simply asking me to go for another pos with out any allocation. Sir, pls go through the issue and help me.
