[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — covid moratorium, interest changes and emi tenure change | |
My contract id is : [protected]. I have taken a loan of rs 90000 for a tenure of 48 months at interest 28.80. I have taken moratorium for only 2 month for the month of april and may (Ie., 2 months). Now they are charging me moratorium interest for 3 months, and see that the loan period is increased to 63 months which is insane and i could see that the principle amount is increase to rs 99463 with out my consent What is all this, i need this to be looked in to and resolved asap. Please note: Do not fall prey to EMI Moratorium frauds. Home Credit will never ask for your OTP, Net Banking or Mobile Banking password, customer ID, UPI-PIN, etc. for deferring your EMI payments.
