[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Demand of excess/ unconveyed charges | |||||
Loan number : [protected] Monthly installment : 3440 rs Customer id : 1606089 We took a loan from homecredit for a scooty (12 moth emi). Homecredit promised that we need to pay for 11 months on time and we did not need to pay the last emi. We have choosen auto deduct from bank (Sbi). Everything gone good for last 10 months but in the 11 month, homecredit say that emi was not deducted as the bank network was not working and we need to pay for both 11th and 12th month. The time for payment is first 10 days of month and sbi network will not interrupt for 10 days. They cheat us only to get the 12th emi. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
