[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — demanding too much extra amount on foreclosure | |||
Myself brij bhushan, d. O. B, 26/10/1980. Loan no [protected]. Taken loan of 75000, after processing fee i get 72000, i poo aid 8emi of 4741 means 37928+3000 (Processingfee)=40928, after too many call, on refuse to pay 9emi they told me foreclosure amount i. E=67474, i shock to heard that much amount, their executive said on given time that no extra %or amount to pay on closing loan after 6month now they charged too much %, i have not much money in my hand so i had to pay according to your executive is35000only, if you agree then i arrange then paid. I filed one application to consumer forum also and tweet with pm o f india in their tweeter account they they help me for this type of fraud against me Was this information helpful? | |||

As discussed with you over the call dated 1st May 2019, we request you to refer the below key points to avail ”Early Repayment": 1) You need to make minimum 6 installments to foreclose the loan. 2) As per the policy terms and conditions, you need to make only the remaining outstanding principal along with applicable charges. 3) NIL pre-penalty charges are applicable on the future principal amount to all of our customers. (where-ever applicable) 4) We would able to activate the request received 5 days prior to your last EMI date, provided NIL delinquent amount as on date. You are advised to make the payment within 48 hours from the activation date. Once, the above-mentioned points are followed then the foreclosure amount will be shared with you over the call from our customer care team, further, for more clarifications kindly refer with your signed loan summary letter.
