माननीय महोदय, मेने होम क्रेडिट कम्पनी से लोन लेके एक मोबाइल फोन खरीदी किया था जिसका emi में समय पर कर रहा था मेने मेरा आखरी emi जो की ११-अगस्त -२०१७ को था वो मेने ७-अगस्त-२०१७ को ही डायरेक्ट ऑनलाइन पेड किया था फिर भी उस के बाद लोन कम्पनी से ECS ट्रान्सफर के लिए मेरे बैंक अकाउंट में रिक्वेस्ट आई जिस में बल्लेंस ना होने के कारन बैंक ने मुझे फाइन लगाया हे और मेरा अकाउंट अब डिफाल्टर लग रहा हे. मुझे आप से सहायता चाहिए जिस से मेरा अकाउंट डिफाल्टर ना लगे मेरा लोन अकाउंट न.:-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Aug 12, 2017 Home Credit India Finance Customer Care's response Dear Sir, This is in regards to your query registered with Home Credit. In reply to your query, we observe from our records that your due date falls on 11th of every month and ECS presentation instruction to the bank will be given 15 days prior to your due date. Hence we always suggest our customer to maintain sufficient balance from 6 days prior to the due date. Further, as we observed your ECS is in posted stage and it takes 3 working days to update it, hence we would request you to wait till turn around time will get completed and share us the bank statement with us so that we can check and assist you accordingly.
