[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — emi charged twice | |||
The due date for my emi was on 20th may, 2019. But the amount didn't get deducted from my account even after confirming from the customer service that "auto-debit" has been activated. Fear of paying additional amount of rs. 350 for late payment, i made the payment of the emi online directly and paid rs. 1299 on 21st may, 2019. Shortly after making the payment, i messaged this problem to the vendor i had bought my phone from and the same amount of rs. 1299 got deducted from my account shortly afterward without any notification. I checked my account shortly afterward and found dual transaction. One from my side and the other just got auto debited. So now 1299 + 1299 is gone from my account. Help in resolving this issue.
