[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Emi related | |||||
I have a pay last emi 1804 rs but I am late 2 months to pay last emi (reason -- my accident so I have a late payment after january 2016) then I talk to your Customer care she says that your fine 1200 is Less than you have pay 1804. Payment date 09/08/2016 . Then I call in customer care 10/08/2016 Your agent sey that You have some mony around 1200 what is this before one day your agent say that your fine less and after one day your agent say that your fine is remains . In reply to your query, currently your contract shows delinquency of Rs.1, 200. And late payment charges would change as per the number of DPDs (due post due date).
