[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — extra ecs deduction | |||||
I have caused inconvenience due to your technical issues i dont know why you deducted my ecs return charges in vain and after consulting with your executives on call they didn't able to understand and couldn't able to solve my issue i think they are incoperative or weak trained trainees hasn't have well skills to understand the situation. After having long chats with your executives i have wasted my time without any satisfaction and my time goes in vain, i don't know how you would do that but i want my wave off charges which were deducted by you as ecs refund charges, what the hell who do that to their customer, if you are continuing to do this to customer you are not going to be longer in the market and i'm not satisfied with your bloody poor services and i'm also attaching statement slip as proof so that you can't make me fool with your bloody reasons called "proof".. We understand from your email that your concern about the ECS return charges billed by your bank. We observe from our records that basis your standing instruction received, we tried to claim the EMI amount from your nominated savings account on a monthly basis as per your due date.
In view of the same we have tried to claim the EMI amount however same was return unclaimed for reason ' Insufficient Balance'.
Any standing instruction being dis-honored would attract the ECS return charges and same will be billed by your bank. Hence we request you to liase with your bank in this regards.
Additionally we would request you to kindly share the updated bank statement with us so that we can check and assist you accordingly.
