[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Fraud by the company or the representative | |||
I went to buy a Sony LED 24inch TV. The representative offered me to finance the loan at 0% and insisted a lot saying he has to meet the target and all. anyways, i submitted my documents and the loan was processed. the loan id was [protected]. I was told it is a 12 month emi system in which 4 will be your advance emi and rest 8 will be paid for 8 months. the monthly emi was 1320 and advance emi was 5280. anyways. i was pying the amount of 1320 for consistantly 8 months without any delay or so. when the 8th month emi was paid, i stopped it. and then i started recieving calls from HOME CREDIT CUSTOMER CARE saying my 4 month emi are still pending and the loan was actually a 16month with a very high rate of interest. I asked for the LOAN SANCTION LETTER which was not given to me at the time of LOAN. a copy of the same is yet to be recieved but the customer care guys calls around 10-15 times daily for the same and harass me.
