When buying mobile phone from star communication of dehradun. Ur agent told us that this phone is available in emi. So we pay the downpayment 2000 rs and he told that you have to pay only 7 months emi. But after paying all 7 months emi. Your customer care executive tell us that we have to pay 5 months more emi to close the loan. That is direct case of giving misinformation from your agent.
