[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Harassment by call | |||
Your staff is dialing from morning till evening and unnecessarily harassing for repayment. I have been making my payments regularly. Only in feb. Month i could not make due to financial obligations and had informed your people's that i shall make it at the earliest. But it is very astonishing that you have not gone on my records and started calling persons who were not named in while taking credit from u. And even your staff is uneducated and needs to be taught how to talk to customers, particularly elderly. Your institution is getting bad name because of their misbehaviour. I therfore request you to please do not call my relatives or any other person except me. Hope u will seriously look into the matter and instruct your staff to follow. And i have given rs 950 in may month (Feb. Emi) and balance amount is rs 416 and you charged much more amount in penalty how is it possible and i said that i am unemployment i couldn't give u emi amount, i am able to give u emi amount. And u r calling day by day & in a day u call 20-30 time. Was this information helpful? | |||
