Hi on 31/10/2017 i have applied home credit mini cash loan 10000 by online. I didn't get my money till now but they have sent the due date, due money all the details. How it could be without getting any money.. I continuously call the customer care but they said you have send a mail to [protected]@homecredit.co.in. I have sent the mail continuously last 3 days but no is responding The mail. I have called the customer care again they said we are not responsible for this loan.
