[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — I am complaint about my cash loan delay | |||
Your customr service is not good. Do din hogay loan department me keshav ji se baat krne k liye cl krta hoon kbhi bolte hai k avilable nahi hai. Kbhi kehte hai k busy hain apki call arange krwa dete hai wo apko call back kr lenge. But abhi tak koi response nahi aya. Bhot he gandi service hai.. Agar loan nahi arange hota hai to mujhmd btado aap. Nd agar is week me mujhe loan milgya to thek hai nahi to mujhe ye apka cash loan nahi chaiye. Jab loan ki baat hoti thi to apka banda keshav daily call krta tha din me 3 3 time. Abhi wait krni parti hai 3 3 din baat krne k liye. Is week matlb saturdy tak loan amount agar mere account me transfer hoti hai to thek hai nahi next week agar amount aati hai to usme se apki processing fee deduct hoti hai to uska me kuch nahi kar skta..
