[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — loan approved still amount not credited

I have applied for instant mini cash loan on 13 september 2017 //loan was approved on 14 of september 2017 // documents and agreement was sent to me on 16/09/2017 which i signed. Still the amount not credited. Website clearly states that with in ten minutes the loan will be credited. Everybody in customer care is giving different reply. Sent mail to the customer care team. And got reply on 17/08 stating that the disbursement is on hold as they need photo id proof and address proof once again.. Sent the same on the same date. Spoke to supervisor on floor named monika she said loan is disbursed today i. E on 18/09 but still i have no money in my account Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
