My name is Rahul Vishvkarma. My contract no. [protected]. I have been a customer of Homecredit since 3 years. I have total 3 running loans. I m paying all my loans by the time.
8 May 2023 a Agent call me and introduced to Flexible personal loan. I took the loan but now having realy trouble with it.
Tried contacting company through call & chat, but their response is worst ever.
Then tried contacting through mail and elevated my problem and send required Snapshots, but their response is too slow & irrelavent.
I have also requested for the Audit for telephonic conversation happen between the agent & me but I didn't get any response.
They are calling me about 10-15 times a day and again again asking me about the same issue.
Billing me to empact ky cibil & degradation. I m totally frustrated this time.
I m not going to pay any single EMI till I didn't get any proper resolution.
And if my CIBIL got empacted than I am going to file an FIR.
