[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Loan tenure increase 51 to 84 | |
I have taken loan for 51 months. And in loan account statement, you are showing this for 84 months. How it comes? I have taken EMI Holiday for 3 months. And Moratorium for 5 months. Due to Covid -19 outbreak, Govt has lockdown everything. Nothing is open. And as per RBI guidelines, they have given moratorium period for 6 months that is from March 2019 to August 2019. If anyone is not earning anything, how he can pay his dues. So as per RBI guidelines, every financial institutions has to Stopped the EMI for the Moratorium period.
