Mobile intallmant issue hallo sir meri ak complaint hai jo ki meri mobile ki pahli kist 10 octomber ki thi jo mare a/c se nhi kati uske bade mane customer care se bat bhi ki to bataya ki to bol aap home credit app se online pay kr lo vo mene pay kr di ab mere account se 295 ka dic. Huaa h mene pta kiya tha to bole aapki 1st kist bounce huyi h jbki mere account me 10/10/2017 to 16/10/2017 tk mere account me balnce tha phir kyu kist baunce huyi Was this information helpful? | |||

1 नवम्बर को मैने 1107 रु.ऑनलाइन पेमेंट कर दिया था फिर दोबारा 2 नवम्बर को कंपनी ने अकाउंट से पैसा निकाल लिया बिना बताए जिस कारण मेरा एक चेक बाउंस कर गया अब मुझे 450 बाउंस चार्ज देना पड़ रहा है ये पैसा कंपनी मेरे को वापस नहीं किया तो मैं कंपनी के ऊपर consumer फ़ोरम में केस दर्ज कराउँगा
