Last month, i purchase a mi-4 32gb mobile phone and also insured by amtrust mobile solution insurance company.

On july 31st, 2017 my mobile phone was slipped from my hand and get in the bucket of water. After that my mobile is not working.

Next day i contacted to the insurance company to file a claim on it, i sent all the needed document same day by an email but i've heard from insurance company yet.

Its my humble reqyest to you to please take action on it.

I contacted multiple times in a day but not received any single response.

Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
