[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — mobile phone/ noc not received | |
Dear sir, My contract id is [protected], i have purchased a mobile phone and took a loan of 9900 from your agency. My start date was 30-june-2017 and finished my loan on 02-february-2018 without any dues or late payment. I called the customer care and asked for noc for closing my loan. They said it will me mailed to my residential address but i have not received. I contacted the agent who gave loan and as per his instruction i called customer care and asked for noc again i was said 10 working days. I have been calling customer care around 5 days but now i am not given proper response, they are not giving proper response. Noc is very urgent for me. Please respond soon.
