I have purchased a vivo phone through loan a/c no. [protected] in april, 2017. I paid emi online on every month. The 1st installment has paid on 3, may-2017 and 2nd on 02, june, 2017. Now, i have received messages/phone calls from your side that june-2017 payment is pending. You are requested to re-check my account the payment has already deducted from my s/b account no.
