[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — ndc (no dues certificate)

I am sumit kumar and my loan has completed 05-06 months ago but they are not sending on my mail. Id.

They are kidding and not giving my loan ndc.

And customer care executive is not ready to talk me and disconnect my call. They are indisposing me to take loan ndc. My loan details are given below:-

Loan no. [protected] (Moto mobile)
[protected] (Samsung mobile)

Both loans are completed successfully but thay are not send ndc on my register mail id.

My loan contract is [protected]closed a week ago and now I requesting to home credit to give me my no dues certificate or loan statement but they are just giving dates my home loan file got stuck because of this and also I am unable to do any call to their customer care services they are saying that your contract no is not valid.Such a pathetic services they are giving now from where I can get my no dues certificate
