[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — need to close my loan ac [protected] | |||
Hi, I am Shardul Saxena and have an old consumer durable loan with home credit no. [protected]. I took this loan in June 2013 and for some reason the last emi didn't go through my account and now the loan shows written off on my credit report. I'd like to close this account by paying the dues and need an noc asap as I have applied for a car loan and they need this noc before disbursing the loan amount. I have contacted the home credit customer support team via calls and have been told that I will get a call back bit still didn't receive any calls. I've also sent an email but got no revert. Aug 14, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I got this resolved by paying on their EMI portal and exchanging a couple of emails with the customer support team Home Credit India Finance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
