Dear home credit team,
Mera naam krishan kumar s/o sh. Tikori prasad, dob - 01 aug. 1993 hai, sir maine 13 may 2019 ko cash loan 1 lakh ke liye form signed kiya tha file signed karne se pahle mujhe aapke partindihi ne kaha tha ki 1 working days me aapke account me cash transfer kar diya jayega lekin aaj 20 may 2019 total 8 working days hone ke baad bhi mere account me koi cash transfer nahi hua,
Aapke care centre me baar baar call karne ke baad bhi koi action nahi hua jabki maine, baar baar call karne par aapki taraf se se sirf ho jayega kehkar bt ko tal diya ja rha hai, or b bhane ate h ki apki janakari humare pas nahi hai, or jisne sign kiya h whi kar skte h jinka naam santosh hai, unka bhi koi call nhi ata, is baat se me bahut trouble me hun kirpya uchit karywahi karen.
