[Resolved]  Home Credit India Finance — Not providing me Safe Pay Facility

My name is Reema Malik and I had take a Personal Loan under the Loan ID [protected]. My monthly EMI is Rs. 4899/- and my loan tenure is of 15 months. My loan tenure started on dated 10/10/2019 and was supposed to be ended on dated 10/12/2020, but due to the lockdown it has extended.

I had applied for Safe Pay Payment Holiday in the month of December 2019. then i wanted to avail the facility for the month of January 2021. I contacted the customer care 6 days prior from the due date as per the guidelines through call, mail and chat support.

Initially one of the Executive Mr, Chethan informed me that my Safe Pay has been terminated on dated 10/12/2020 and I cannot avail the same. But i was not informed regarding through any means by the company. After that again one of the Executive Mr. Bijay he informed me that my Safe Pay is activated and my EMI is postponed for the month of January 2021. But after a while I received a mail from the Company that my Safepay is terminated. Again i talked regarding this to the Customer Care and sent mail to them. So I again received a Reply from the company that Safe Pay couldnt be activated because I didnt met the criteria all though I had followed all the required guidelines.

Inspite of continuous mail and calls, I have not received any proper response from the Company's end. thats why I had to file my complaint on this platform. i am highly disappointed with the srvice and would never ever recommend to take loan from this company.
