I have applied for personal loan on 27th Feb 2022 to Home credit on mobile App.
In mean time I got my loan approved from some other institutions on 28th March so subsequently I requested Home credit through E mail on 1st March 2022 to cancel my loan application. My application number is [protected].
I keep following for cancelation thru e mail and every time the message comes that concerned person is following it and will contact in next 2 to 3 days. But no one calls for related query and finally after 10 days of request no one listened and no one solve my point and amount was disbursed to my account and I was intimated to pay EMI.
Now how should I pay 2 EMI.
I am not in position to pay double EMI.
Kindly look into matter and resolve it asap.
