I always paid my emi on time but this time due to covid 19 i developed health issues and still not received my salary but these people are going on continuously harassing me and calling my mother also for the same. As my mother is so not healthy i am not able to work properly because of this torture. Set 10 times mail still they don't bother.

We apologies for all the trouble faced by you for your Home Credit Loan.

We understand that the rapidly evolving COVID19 situation could be posing challenges for you to pay EMI on time. We are sorry to know about the situation you are going through.

As per telephonic discussion had with your Relationship Manger on dated 26-Sep-2020, we would like to inform you that you have confirmed that will make the payment against your loan by 03-Oct-2020.

Hence we have stopped the collection activities on loan till 04-Oct-2020.

We would request you to please make the payment September month's EMI payment along with the late payment charges and call our customer care Number.

Please note: Do not fall prey to EMI Moratorium frauds. Home Credit will never ask for your OTP, Net Banking or Mobile Banking password, customer ID, UPI-PIN, etc. for deferring your EMI payments.
