[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — personal loan cancellation | |||
I have applied personal loan (application no [protected]) on 27th July 2019. it's taking too much time to the credited amount in my account. I called Homecredit customer care to cancel my loan application due to late processing on 9 August 2019, I had sent mail also for that. On 13th August 2019 loan amount credited in my bank account after 4days of my cancelation request. I called again customer care to ask why money credited in my account. Relationship Manager called me to resolve this issue. Today your RM said that the total amount of loan is paid by me to close this issue with processing fees. I am not happy with your solutions. This is to pressurize me to pay an extra amount of loan without a single fault from my side. Was this information helpful? | |||
