My loan number :[protected]. I am a existing customer. I already took 2 loans.. One is finished and other one is running. Before days i was satisfied with the customer service. Now a days its getting horible with customer service and there processes.
I got a call from home credit for top up loan. I agreed to take that after 2days. I have been signed all my documents on jan4th2018. Again on tuesday9th i called to customer care. They said.. I was kept in hold for documents required. They didn't even informed.. That they needed my documents again. I sended again through mail. Thay said that on 9th by evng, the amount will be disposed. But didn't came. Again today i called jan 10th. They are saying.. We will call u back or callback from one of representative. They are not giving exact information. I don't know is this people trainned or not.
One thing i can't understand.. Before loan also same documents has been produced and now also same documents. But they are taking so much time.. To do the processes. Till today the amount has not been deposited. Was this information helpful? |
