I have query about forclosour of loan because they told me at the time of sanction your loan is on flat interest rate but now they said your emi is on reducing interest rate.. But as per sanction letter my emi calculation is on flat interest. Now they told me that this is our software generated calculation we can't do anything so you have to paid & close the query without resolve... Fake company.,... In reply to your query, I am pleased to inform you that your query has been resolved successfully as per the telephonic discussion which we had today. We wish to inform you that the interest amount has been calculated using the flat rate of interest for the entire loan period. The interest amount shall be appropriated to loan account on the basis of the monthly reducing balance of the loan amount. Hence, we are closing this concern.
