[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance Private Limited — Unauthorized interest charged for two wheeler loan | |||||
I took loan for Hero Scooty from Pashupati Motors, Adhini. A authorized dealer of hero company. I got loan from Home Credit Finance company (CIN-U65910HR1997PTC047448 ). At the time of discussion company person offer me 13.25 % p. a. But after sign on documentation they handover me 19.75 % p.a . I call to his customer care and mailed their officer but they are not supported me. After complete 10th installment they issue my installment soft copy details and want to pay 2 more installment . I am completed loan on 13.25%interest rate but they want repayment on 19.75 %. Details are 24-04/2016 Hero Duet Price on Road-54, 804 rs Cash deposit at Show room Center- 15, 000 rs (14325 rs cash + 675 rs helmat bill ) Balance -39, 804 rs For I took Loan Loan Details Company -Home Credit Loan Number - [protected] Customer id-1330519 Paid by me Installment - 4, 385 *10= 43, 850 rs They Want in return- 4, 385*12=52, 620 rs Which much more then 19.75% interest .After added 2, 999 rs Processing fee also it will reach 50, 665.30 rs only . My claim is this Company are doing totally false work and they got supported by hero show room staff. Because of these finance company wearing hero show room staff dress fool the people .
