[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — refund of my money | |||
I have made a payment of 1828 on 30th of nov as my 2nd emi but it was not updated after 76 hours as it only takes 48 hours to update them i called home credit they told me that the payment was dropped by the bank. Then i again made a payment of 1828 as 2nd emi on 6th of dec which got updated. But now the 30th nov payment was updated and the 6th dec payment got removed. So again i called home credit they told me that the amount has been refunded back but i have my bank statement no amount is being given back to me yet. And after calling them every day each customer service executive says different thing upon that. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
