[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — regarding not processing loan

Hii,

I have applied for a loan application of rs 45000/-.

Name: vijay sharma
Father name: rajendra kumar sharma
Mob: [protected]
Dob: 27.7.1998

I completed 6 stage and in last 7th stage i filled account information (Account holder name, ifsc code, ac no,) and loan details (Summry).. I click submit. But its always stuck on "we are processing your request please wait". There was no any window opens or no any eroor occure. Yet. Its only stucked on "we are processing your..." as showing in attached image.
Plz help me

I have also tried different browser and pcs but theres also same thing happening. After resumeing appplication its always comes on the last 7th stage and ask for bank details again..
Whats the system like u have.. Infact there must something show any error or failed or any somthing. But doestnt. Plz fix my issue asap/

From 21st we paid the loan amount... But still I dint get NDC certificates.. Just we got reference I'd... We can't able to download by that I'd that you have provided... So please provide me the proper suggestions, , , even we were calling customer care executives also but its of no use... So please try to solve my complaint as soon as possible
