Home Credit India Finance — Repayment and about unnecessary calls to my relative phone nos by your staff | |||
Your staff is dialling from morning till evening and unnecessarily harassing for repayment . I have been making my payments regularly . Only in march i couldnot make due to finanacial obligations and had informed your people's that i shall make it at the earliest . but it is very astonishing that you have not gone on my records and started calling persons who were not named in while taking credit from u . And even your staff is uneducated and needs to be taught how to taik to customers, particularly elderly . Your institution is getting bad name because of their misbehaviour .I therfore request you to please do not call my relatives or any other person except me .
