[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — resend document for confirmation | |||
Hello sir, My name is rahul hatagle my mobile no. [protected] i applied for a mini cash loan as i had some emergencies my loan id no. Is [protected] and i apply for loan on 18th oct 17 and it got approved in the evening at 7 pm. However till now i have not received the amount. When i call the customer care on 20th oct 17, they said wait till 21st oct 17 as there was a 2nd saturday in between. I waited till 21st, then i called back again and then the customer care person told me that the picture of the gas bill is not clear due to which the loan is cancelled so now you need to click a clear pic of the bill and send it to [protected]@homecredit.co.in and they will do the needful. I sent the email however till date. This shows what kind of customer service is provided by this company. Pleas check this bill and complite the process. Was this information helpful? | |||
