Dear Sir/Mam, As I Paritosh Jaiswal as a customer of HOME CREDIT INDIA FINANCE taken a PL in my name in which I always paid my entire EMI's before due date but for the of Nov'2020 I am not able to get paid because of I have got an major accident in previous month, where i had got a multiple inguery and my right hand got factured. where I got shifted to Patna Bihar along with my father as he is a JUSTICE in Patna Bihar and also I am taking a complete bed rest and same as I already send Dr prescription to the company then after company is getting my threating for legal action against me and also they are giving me continuous call and getting me irritate for the smae Was this information helpful? | |

In reply to your query, we are unable to fetch the contract ID basis the details mentioned in your email. Hence, we request you to kindly share your contact number/loan number. Once we receive the details, we shall check your account and assist you accordingly. Please note: Do not fall prey to EMI Moratorium frauds. Home Credit will never ask for your OTP, Net Banking or Mobile Banking password, customer ID, UPI-PIN, etc. for deferring your EMI payments.
