Their process is completely incorrect. Even by paying my due amount on the due date but it was thru different mode of payment. The cheque was hit on the next day and i got a bounce charge as i utilized that money for making the payment a day prior. On escalating this issue the cust satisfication was not considered and simply the answer was we can not help you. Where is customer service over here. Was this information helpful? | |||||
