Hello sir,

My name is mayank saxena, first i applied loan on 2/07/2019 upload all documents and eligible for loan of 2lac fro home credit after that verification done and document signed on 3/07/2019 and received message and amount will be disbursed in 1 day but next day my loan was cancelled and i wrote a mail and received a response that due to technical error loan was cancelled but you can re apply. I need money on urgent basis so i reapplied on 05/072019 and with all formalities and now this time also received message on 5/07/2019 that amount disbursed in 1 day. Now its again cancelled and customer care dont even know why its cancelled again.. What a fake app and un professional staff and company who make false promise.

Updated by Mayanksaxena85 Previously i applied 2 more times but they are cancelled and this time also it cancelled.. What is your customer service i cannot imagine that you actually doesn't have a reason of cancellation
