[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — unprofessional behavior of your executives

I have requested for the noc letter against the loan account no[protected] I have been pursing them it for the past 10 days now. Since friday i was told thrice by their executives mr mani and mr jayant, mr aniket and a few more had told that the letter will be mailed in about an hour everytime but no traces of the mail has not been sent I have requested for it due to some urgency but that has not been taken care of.
