[Resolved]  Home Credit India Finance — Unprofessional behaviour of staff

I seek your attention on the matter refereed above as detailed below and required revert back at the earliest.
I wish to put in your kind notice that i am having home credit loan no. [protected] by the name of kiran singh naruka d/o narendra singh naruka, dob 2.11.1993, for this my registered mobile no. Is [protected].

Every month i am paying instalment for the same of rs. 1749/- by ecs process, this month my instalment get bounced due to insufficient balance in my account because i was unaware with it that my balance was getting low, i accept it & till today morning i was not knowing about anything.

In morning your staff called me & tell me the whole bouncing story then i replied oky let me check once with my bank and if i got it bounced then definitely will pay it through net banking by today itself.
After that your all very much concerned staff call me again & again to describing the whole story, i suggest them to not calling me & getting me irritated in a morning as i already informed i will look into it, but they didn't understand either in english or hindi and harnessed me very much & these people didn't stop there only by the same time they were called my both alternate nos. Also which are holding by my brother & mother ([protected] & [protected]). One of your very much educated staff told me on phone " madam is behaviour se to nhi chal payega " he spoke in a very high tone. Is this the language to use with the customer.
This all drama is highly intolerable by me, and when i called on your toll free no. The lady told me mem we are apology for it but u have to pay the instalment... What a # is this... Is i am denying to pay??? I was complaining about the unprofessional behaviour, which have no concern for you???
Dont you people know how to take care or handle a customer and these people dont know how to speak up with a women also.
I am not tolerating it and first i need answer of it then only i will looking forward into other matters.

You check my records first, there was nothing guilty in it, then why should i will suffer with all these rubbish things.

Hence, i shall highly appreciate if you can give this priority attention
