[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — unprofessional way of approving personal loan and using foul language to family members by the recovery agents | |
Home credit well known company who provides personal loans to customers... Some people are in need of money and good you approve loan so fast.. Don't you people think it is totally unprofessional to approve loan without knowing earning capacity of the customer.. How come company approves 79k loan with 35% interest rate to a customer who doesn't even earn 5k in a month... On top of that when he fails to repay the emi it is so obvious if he doesn't earn from where he will pay the emi... Your so called recovery agents come and use bad words to his family members who are not even aware that his /her son has borrowed 79 k loan from home credit... Has his family members signed any contract wherein it is mentioned that if the primary customer fails to repay the money his family members have to pay... "we are here to help you" are you guys really here to help or to trouble middle class people... Other financial companies also give personal loan but they follow proper process, verify details like salary slip, appointment letter, confirmation letter, bank statement (To verify salary).. And when you write to the customer care about your concern they say, we will share the details with customer only... Then why your recovery agents are coming home and using bad words to the other family members... Don't bother them try to reach and recover your money from the customer...
