[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — UNWANTED Calling on my number

These calls are ridiculous. Despite of telling them from past 3 days that I am not the concerned person, they are calling till date. Seems that home credit staff is brainless. I have called toll free no. And have sent formal mail to I'd mentioned on website but it is of no use. I have already blocked 20+ numbers and everything a new person calls from a new number from so called Home credit. Somebody help. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)

Verified Support Jun 06, 2022 Home Credit India Finance Customer Care's response "Dear Sir, Thank you for highlighting your concern. With reference to your concern, we would request you to please share your Contract ID, contact number or registered email ID as we are unable to check the details as of now. Thank you, Team Home Credit."
