Dear Viewers, Those who are reading this complaint, I want to say you simply that home credit finance, customer care support in email as well in call center is very worst. I apply for instant loan but no use coz not able to complete & submit application, There customer care support always saying and asking to send screenshot of problem to [protected]@homecredit.co.in as well as [protected]@homecredit.co.in After send screenshot on there support mail id, After sending mail the same scripted answer saying that check your website or refresh the page, but no use because still i am not able to submit my online loan application coz home credit customer care support fails to solve there customers problem. Home Credit India Finance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 27, 2018 Updated by Oswal sweety even i am exciting customer of home credit, i want to apply for online loan but no instant support from home credit, even i mailed the screenshot at you [protected]@homecredit.co.in & [protected]@homecredit.co.in .. got revert that they will help us in 48 hours but no response till now from any of care support, , .. [protected] is my register number. Before resolving customers issue, first resolve your technical issue having in online loan websites.  | |||||
