Dear sir, My name is Rahul Vishvkarma & my contract number is [protected]. I have a loan amount whose EMI repayment date is 6ty of every month. My all payments are on the time. But even every month they are deducting the ECS charges of Rs 590. I have tried contacting them many times, but they have the worst chat support ever & the customer care number is very bad.
