[Resolved]  Home Credit India Pvt Ltd — don't take personal loan from home credit. they take interest rate above 35 percent which is too high compare to bank

I had became a victim of home credit personal loan fraud. This company takes a very high intrest rate. And even if you want to foreclosure the loan. They demand very high outstanding amount. I calculated in calculator that how much intrest they taking, i came to know that they take above 35 percent intrest rate. If your actual intrest rate is above 35 percent, why wrote. .in loan summary home crdit write intrest rate from 20 to 30 percent but in actual they take minimum 35 percent to 45 percent intrest rate. Customer support agent also dont know that how intrest is calculated, they just reply common answer that it's a system generated amount and they don't know that how intrest calculated. There are many complaints on home credit regarding intrest rate. So it is proved that it's a fraud company.
