Dear Home credit, My self Jaan Mohammad i am finance two wheeler my loan number is-[protected].My total payment had Rs.3220 with late payment charge and with my pending amount.I have called customer care number and arrange field boy for monthly payment.He has come and collect Rs.2920 with me and on call Mr. Vikash committed to waiver but waiver is still pending Rs.300.I am shock when a retention call on my number and confirm me my pending amount Rs-1000 but i have already clear all pending amount.
